So what does INFRADIAN mean?

"In-FRAY-dee-an" (in- as in inside, fray- as in frame, dee- as in deep, an as in again)

You’re probably familiar with the circadian rhythm, the 24-hour cycle that regulates sleep and energy levels for both men and women. But did you know that women have a second biological clock? One that spans roughly 28 days?

Does that ring a bell? It’s called the Infradian Rhythm, the cornerstone of women’s hormonal function, influencing everything from energy levels and metabolism to cognitive function and emotional well-being.

But here’s the thing, the world isn’t built for it. Society is structured around the 24-hour cycle, from the traditional 9-5 workday to productivity expectations that reset daily. And yet, women’s bodies operate on a completely different timeline.

That’s why we created Infradian, a space where your experience is validated, where you can learn to work with your body instead of against it, and where we’re fighting to reshape the world so women don’t feel like they have to shrink themselves to fit into a system that wasn’t designed for them.

You belong here. And together, we’re advocating for change
